Medical Assistant III – Priority Care Center

Priority Care Center is looking for a full time Medical Assistant III to join our care team. This position is an important part of our integrated care team that works collaboratively with diverse patient populations to engage them in their health and wellbeing while performing as a lead MA for the center.  This position requires someone with a caring personality that seeks to assist patients with care coordination needs, help close gaps in care and support PCC advance practice and behavioral health providers, nurses and wellness coaches.

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, responsible person who is able to work in a dynamic, fast paced work environment. This position provides great exposure to all areas of the healthcare field. Punctuality and willingness to learn is a must. While experience is a plus, full training is available.

Basic Qualifications:
MA certification
Experience as a medical assistant in a physician office required, with experience in a leadership role preferred
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
Experience working in EMR systems preferred, eCW a plus
Experience with MS Office suite
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

This is a full time (M-F 8am-5pm), benefited position. Wage range $17.00 – $22.00 per hour DOE

IT Assistant Director

The Humboldt IPA and The North Coast Health Improvement and Information Network are looking for an experienced, team-orientated individual to join our team as the IT Assistant Director. This position will work closely with the IT Director to support the day to day operations of the department as well as working with staff and our customers to promote programs and services of the organizations. The right individual will possess a strong understanding of health IT and HIE as well as having excellent interpersonal skills.  This is a full-time benefited position. Salary DOE.
